Shipping policy
Our commitment is to deliver your orders with the utmost efficiency. Upon placing an order, you'll promptly receive an email confirming the details. From there, expediting your order becomes our top priority.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (provided it is a business day). During seasonal times such as Eid and Sales, order processing can take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping time
We ship from our warehouses located in Karachi. Once your order has been processed, we will dispatch it in no time. However, we will let you know if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.
Orders shipping in Karachi will arrive within 1-3 business days.
Orders shipping in major cities will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Orders shipping in other areas will arrive within 4-6 business days.
Shipping cost
All orders within Pakistan are subject to a flat shipping rate of PKR 250. Orders exceeding PKR 3,500 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking
For tracking your order, simply contact us through email at support@neuederma.com. Once you reach out to us, we will swiftly provide you with a tracking number. With this Tracking ID, you can easily monitor your order's progress by visiting the courier service website. It's a hassle-free way to stay updated on the status of your shipment.
If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. Make sure you have your order number (provided to via email when you place your order) when you contact us. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at support@neuederma.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card for future purchases for the inconvenience.
