What is your Return Policy?
We hope you'll love all of your products, but we understand sometimes a product may not be right for you. If you need to return your product(s) for a refund, please return your unopened or gently used items within 10 days. Shipping and handling are not included in returns. Returns will be accepted on products purchased from our website 'neuederma.com' only. Products purchased from any of our partners should be returned to the place of purchase.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We do offer exchanges. We will be happy to accept unopened and gently used products for exchange within 10 days of purchase. Should the replacement item have a different price compared to the one you're returning, you will either receive a refund for the price difference or be asked to pay the remaining amount. What will happen with my refund if I've used a discount code?
If you've used a discount code that's no problem! We will refund the price you paid for the item(s) after discount and any applicable sales tax based on the item's sale value.
How do I make a return?
Returning your order is easy. Just email us at returns@neuederma.com.
Can I return more than one order in the same box?
Yes, you can absolutely return more than 1 order in the same box. Please add a note to the box with both order numbers so that the return can be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt. Please also note both order numbers when sending the return email.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
We're sorry to hear you haven't received your refund. All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the return has been received. After the refund is processed on our end, your bank or credit card company may take between 2-10 business days to post the refund to your card depending on their unique policy. Please contact your bank or credit card company to see when you can expect the refund to be posted.
Have you received my returned items?
To check if your return has been received you can either check the tracking number you received when you shipped the item or you can reach out to our team at returns@neuederma.com and we will be happy to give you an update on the status of your return.
